Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Josh Blancett, the founder of Brownard Inc., has provided law enforcement augmentation
and investigation services to public and private organizations.  He attended the Federal Law
Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, GA where he took courses in the use of batons and
sprays in self-defense, Global Positioning Systems and current trends in drug investigations.  
He also attended St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg FL where he took courses in
International Money Laundering, patrol drug, clandestine lab and computer investigations. Josh
manages the day-to-day operations of the company and remains available and responsive to
all of his employees and clients.  Mr. Blancett began his career in police work as a Law
Enforcement Explorer at the White House police department.  On November 14th 2003 Mr.
Blancett graduated from the Memphis Police Department Law Enforcement instructor school.

Human Resource Director

The Human Resource Director and the CEO plan, direct, and oversee the implementation of
comprehensive programs to prevent criminal activity, safeguard employees/guests and
property, and minimize client liability. They also provide strong leadership, supervision, and
timely coaching/counseling to the security staff.


Corporate Operations Director

The Corporate Operations Director and staff provide the job accounting and billing services for
each client contract on a bi-weekly basis and issue paychecks and expense checks to
employees on a bi-weekly basis.  


Security Services Director

The Security Services Director directs and coordinates activities of the entire security staff;
establishes and supervises operational procedures for patrolling facilities; directs the effective
operation and monitoring of all alarm, fire, and safety systems; and in conjunction with the
CEO and Training Director develop, implement, and monitor security and safety quality
standards.  The Project Managers and Supervisor evaluate employee performance against
established standards to ensure client expectations and safety standards are met.  


Training Director

The Training Director develops the curriculum for each job level and creates each employee’s
training profile and schedules individuals for the required courses.  Brownard Security is
fortunate to have as its training Director, Mr. J. Buford Tune, a well known and well respected
security and law-enforcement expert. Buford Tune is a licensed security and law enforcement
instructor with over 25 years of police experience.  He is retired from the Nashville TN Metro
Police Department. His experience in training law enforcement ranges from police academies,
municipal and county agencies to the state and federal government level. His instructor
certifications include, but are not limited to, firearms, Defensive Tactics and Security matters,
bomb threats and search procedures, property safety/security site surveys, shoplifting
detection and arrest issues, tactical/street survival shotgun, and air Taser/electric stun gun
devices.  Buford is also a Board Member of the Tennessee Firearms Association. With over 30
years experience in all aspects of police work, including special assignment with the F.B.I and
the A.T.F, Mr. Tune instructs Brownard Security employees in the methods of criminal
detection, apprehension techniques, and use of force procedures in compliance with local and
state laws.
